This policy explains what renAIssance Collaborative, LLC (“renAIssance Collaborative,” “we,” “us”) collects through renaissancecollaborative.com, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers this website only. Work we do for clients is governed by the agreement for that engagement.

What we collect

• Information you send us. When you use a form on this site we receive what you type: typically your name, business email, company, role, and, on the conversation form, an optional phone number, topic and preferred date, plus whether you agreed to the notice on the form.
• Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider receives your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, and keeps short-lived logs to deliver and secure the site.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics on this site.

How we use it

• To answer your request, schedule a conversation, or send you the brief you asked for.
• Where you requested a brief, to follow up with related material. You can opt out at any time by replying to any message or using the opt-out link in it.
• To keep the site working and protect it from abuse.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Who handles it for us

We use a small number of service providers who process information on our behalf:

• Cloudflare hosts and secures this website.
• Google Workspace receives form submissions, stores them in our company account, and delivers them to us by email.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces on this page, so your browser requests them from Google.
• Vimeo plays the videos on our Work section. Nothing loads from Vimeo until you press play, and we request Vimeo’s “do not track” setting.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Please do not send confidential information

Our forms are for starting a conversation. Please do not send confidential or sensitive information through them. Information you send before an engagement is in place is not treated as confidential.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for as long as we need them to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you. Send the request through the contact form on our home page and we will respond promptly.

Children

This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
